Deleting certain files from a folder

I here's what i have: A folder with ~64k pictures in it A folder with ~32k
of the larger folders pictures in it .txt files of the file names of all
of the files in both folders
I want to remove all of the pictures from the 64k folder that are already
present in the 32k folder. It needs to be very precise because I also have
the backup database, in a different drive, connected to the computer I'm
working on and that cannot be tampered with at all. I'm not super
experienced with code but if you could give me a few tips or point me in
the right direction, I'd be very grateful.
